Implementation Guide

This guide walks a PACS Partner through implementing RSI (RS-485 Serial Interface) host software for ENGAGE NDEB and LEB locks behind a GWE or GWE2 Gateway. At the end you have a packet parser, a polling routine, and a defined list of required and optional RSI commands and responses to implement, plus the Allegion tools to debug them.
