Edge Device Services APIs

This section defines the APIs for managing an edge device (lock) or an MT20W. These APIs can be implemented by Software Alliance Members and the devices can be pointed at them.

NOTE: Authentication of a device for these requests uses the serial number and a timestamp encrypted with the device's site key.

The ENGAGE hostname for these services is https://api.allegionengage.com, however Alliance members must do their own implementation of Device Services API to support WiFi enabled devices.
